Looking for a new way to challenge yourself on planks?
Try this: start on your hands and feet and go down one forearm at a time (so left forearm to the ground, then right forearm to the ground) then go back up one hand at a time. Keep your core tight as you do it and your spine straight. Repeat this as many times as you can.. it’s killer!
